The Facebook Fan Page posts are not pulled by SocialMiner 9.0

Hi,

The facebook fan page feed and Campaign has been and authorize with facebook, the success rate is 100% and the polling time is updating, but the posts pulled are none.

Grateful for guidance regarding the behaviour.

Hi Durraze, I think that is a bug, have you install this: platform-csa-9.0.1-cop-4.cop.sgn file ?

Download from cisco.com, there is a readme about that .cop. It says this:

The following defects against release 9.0(1) are resolved with the installation of this COP.

CSCue76034 - SocialMiner OAuth requests to Twitter fails due to REST API change

CSCui38000 -  Facebook comments not retrieved

CSCui38031  -  Incorrect Facebook reference links

And if you have the latest cop file, do a few restarts, it's bound to work.

Thanks for the reply, after installting the platform-csa-9.0.1-cop-4.cop.sgn file , the feeds from Facebook are getting pulled by SocialMiner.
