UCCE 11.5 - Get Agents and Queues Real time data

hi,

I need to develop an external  app  that show live data on agents (agent state, number of incoming calls, number of outgoing calls ...)

also queues live data (numberOfCurrentwaitingCalls, MaxWaitingTime,NumberOfIncomingCalls, NumberOfAbandonedCalls,NumberOfAnsweredCalls).

the refresh rate must to be not more then 3 sec.

and the version of UCCE  is 11.5 .

witch protocols do you recommended to me ?

I would suggest to use the R11.6 Agent State log & Agent Call log Live Data report permalink for this usecase.

Agent state log and Agent call log are 2 new reports added in R11.6. These are also available as out of the box gadgets in Finesse.
