Hi, Is the End-of-Support date already known for UCCE 12.5?

You get several years, consider UCCE 10.5 as an example which was released in June 2014, and announced EOS on 06-JUL-2018 with End-of-Support Date of 31-JUL-2021:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/customer-collaboration/unified-contact-center-enterprise-10-5-1/model.html

with that being said keep in mind UCCE is a bundle of other applications including CUCM, CVP, Finesse, CUIC, etc. so you would also need to review and keep an eye on their EOS/EOL announcements, but they should line up.

So, if you assume similar life line for UCCE 12.5 you should get 7 years or so out of it, should you decide not to upgrade sooner.

I don't think that will be known since the EOS/EOL dates typically are impacted by when the future releases come out. So if for whatever release a new major release doesn't come out or is delayed for some reason (call it UCCE version 13 in 2022 for instance), then at least historically the EOL/EOS for old versions is delayed.

Nothing has been published, you will have plenty of time as 12.5 is latest version.  What is your concern?

Hi Chris, the customer wants to know how much time is there between FCS and EOS for a UCCE major release. Do you happen to know that?
