Agent A belongs to USA cluster and Agent B belongs to IND cluster
1 CALLER DIALS A TFN, FOR EXAMPLE 8009999999
2 CALL GOES TO CALL FLOW AND ENDS UP WITH AGENT A
3 AGENT A STARTS A CONSULTATIVE TRANSFER TO 123123123 ( ICM Script Dialed Number)
4 123123123 Script runs - CALLER IS ON HOLD
5 AGENT B ANSWERS. AGENT A AND AGENT B TALK
6 as soon as AGENT A hits conference, he gets disconected
7 AGENT A IS NO LONGER ON THE CALL
8 ORIGINAL CALLER IS TALKING TO AGENT B.
Please advice

What happens/what is the failure? At what step in what you outlined does it not work and what is the experience?

I hope the issue is resolved by involving TAC.
When Agent A is initiating conference with Caller and Agent B and then the call drops. so I think, you need to investigate at CUCM side Call Manager Logs and CTI Server logs.
You said there are 2 different clusters means 2 different publishers. Check,
- what codec is being used on SIP trunk between 2 CUCM clusters.
- If codec is different then transcoders are available and registered on CUCM are available.
- Is media resource group list is assigned to device pool
- is the media resources device pool and SIP trunk device pool are using same device pool.
if the issue is resolved, request you to please update the forum with the resolution to educate the rest.
