Integrating UCCX with Nuance TTS and i was wondering if anyone knows how we can check if TTS Ports are available before playing generating a TTS prompt and also if the Nuance is not available or the server is shutdown, how can i determine.

Hello:PLease, I am working with UCCX and with 210 users. All of them have access to CUIC tool with their credentials. I would like that only one user have access to CUIC. How could I do this configuration? thanks a lot.
