UCCE - ICM logger install failed - Web Setup Tool

After done with ICMDBA for Router and Logger DB, when add Logger in Web Setup Tool:

I got following error, what is the cause and fix?

An unexpected error has occurred. The component(s) may or may not have been saved properly. Check the log named Websetup.log at \icm\log\ or if you are running an Administration Client at \icm\adminclient\log\ for more information

Please check the role of the server, where you are installing the logger.

thanks for response, all good.  

The solution : uninstall the ICM and SQL, re-install back SQL and ICM, all work now.

I see this error when i refresh the page in between (while configuring the logger).

Can you check if there is any registry created for logger component under ICM tree. If it is there please remove and try again.
