I have an issue with a Post Call Survey on UCCE.
Here is the call flow:
PSTN >>> Ingress GW >>> CVP >>> here the customer accepts the PCS >>> select an agent opction in the menu >>> Agent talks and hang up >>> call drops
The call drops instead of playing the PCS.
The debug ccsip message shows:
SIP/Error/sipSPIGetNewLocalMediaDirection: Unknown media direction (0) from remote end
on the call flow for CPS
Does any one seen this before?

Have you checked the basics like to make sure the inbound number is set up for PCS?
Do you see the call hit the PCS script in UCCE for instance?
