UCCE Skill Group calls' Report

Hello Team,

Greetings!

our customer has ucce deployment. 

he would like to  extract  for each call in a specific skill group the following data:

 
Node ID - Session ID - Sequence No
Call Start Time
Call End Time
Contact Disposition
Originator DN (Calling Number)
Destination DN
Called Number
Application Name
CSQ Names
Queue Time
Agent Name
Ring Time
Talk Time
Work Time
 IS there any SQL querry to do that? Thank you

Hello,

You mentioned its UCCE deployment, what is the version ? I think most of your needs can be fulfilled from TCD table. but you have to join TCD with other tables like Agent, Skill group etc. to get more details.
