UCCE12.5 PROGGER not able to add IdS Finesse Principal AW in inventory

I am trying to test SSO in UCCE 12.5 lab. in the lab all UCCE components are installed on single server and it is simplex solution. When I go in inventory in CCE Admin page and open UCCE server and select principal AW, enter credentials, i get following error

Unable to connect to the Diagnostic Framework. Make sure the service is running on the following machines:

In same way the when I try to add IdS and Finesse, I am getting this error

Error connecting to finesse-125.lab.noxxxvxx.xom

Please check error in attach screenshot. I have verified that Service Diagnostic Framework is running and reboot the server as well. But still getting this error. Please advice what could cause this error.

I can access web interface of diagonstic framework from internet explorer. what could be the issue

Check from Tomcat logs.
C:/icm/tomcat/logs

It might be, you need to import certificates

Version 12.5.x onwards we need to Exchange Self-Signed Certificates in a UCCE Solution for all types of deployment models.
