I am trying to generate an email message when calls are waiting in queue. Script validates, but during debug receive the error "Group is Not Configured and cannot create new email contacts" A little help or point me in the right direction to an appropriate document

Which specific step triggers that error?
Have you configured the email subsystem in AppAdmin?

Apologies for the thread resurrection but I have just bumped into this issueg.
It was caused by not having a mail server and email address configured under Subsystems > Email in ccxadmin.
I added these and sending email from the script was successful.
