UCCX 10.6.1 SU1.ES07 - The acd calls to an agent ring 3 times, I want to increase the number or seconds.
I looked in UCCX system parameters and did not find a setting.
I increased the number of seconds on an individual phone (DN page - CUCM 10.5.2) for a test agent and it did not seem to work on an acd call.
Any ideas ?

You need to adjust the Ring No Answer in the specific script, but adjusting timeout value under "Select Resource" node, or if that is grayed out under the "Connect" node below.

Try to increase the timeout setting in Select Resource property setting in script.

Hi Chris,
Your answer appeared like 2 minutes after DP, I saw them both at the same time, but my screen seemed to show the order was DP, then yours.
They were both correct about the Select Resource step.
Sorry If I did that incorrectly ... but that is how my screen showed the responses
