Hi Everyone,
I need assistance to troubleshoot Live Data issue on Finesse!
Live Data is not available for Agents logged into Finesse.
The CUIC Data Source shows that the "Live Data Streaming Data Source" is not connected (Red Cross against it)
It worked well for around one month after the upgrade and no changes have been made since.
Forward and Reverse Lookup Zones are configured correctly on the DNS.
Two Server UCCX 11.5.1 ES01 Cluster recently upgraded from version 8.5
admin:show version active
Active Master Version: 11.5.1.10000-61
Active Version Installed Software Options:
ciscouccx.1151.ES01.45.cop
ciscouccx.refresh_upgrade_v1.2.cop
ciscouccx.refresh_upgrade_v1.11.cop

We had another issue (defect CSCvc91728) for the same customer.
For that reason, we upgraded the UCCX Cluster to 11.5(1)SU1ES01 and it fixed the Live Data issue as well.
