UCCX 11.5 - Agents showing two status

Hi,

When looking at the agent status, I came across a user showing two statuses (Available,Connected).  Can someone inform when and/or why an agent would two statues.  Screenshot attached.

Hello, I'm a little confused, your subject says UCCX 11.5, but you mention Webex specifically, as well as UCCE. Can you confirm you exact configuration version that you're using?

What report are you running, it wasn't clear from the screenshot?

Has the agent multiple channels ( voice, mail etc ).

 

the agent Can be connected on voice and available on e-mail / chat at the same time

Hi,

The status for the user is listed on the ‘Webex Desktop’ as shown in the attached screen shot. At least once a day the user shows twice on the Webex desktop. He may be on a call and it says, ‘connected’ and it will show a second time and say he is, available or idle. This does not happen to any other agent.  Please advise.

Was there any resolution to this? I'm curious as I'm seeing the same with an agent right now.
