Hi,
I want to integrate UCCX 11.5 with a third part CRM application using APIs, is it doable?

Requirement:
• Need to integrate UCCX 11.5 with a third-party CRM application using APIs
• UCCX should be able to receive calls when initiated from CRM via ‘Push to Talk’ button
• Inbound calls through UCCX to CRM application should see calling party number on their side

There are many third-party connectors also available in the Cisco marketplace? see what is best for you depending on your CRM. few screenshots can find in the Cisco Live.
Could you please let us know the CRM vendor that you are using?
