Is it possible to trigger a UCCX script when an agent receives an Outbound Preview call?
I need a script because CUIC reports for campaigns are quite poor, so I was thinking about creating custom variables with the called number, name, campaign name, call outcome maybe, something like that, so that the Call Custom Variables report would have some detailed information about specific contacts in a campaign, not just counts as in the Outbound reports. If anyone has a different idea, please suggest.
