Hello,
We are getting the following RTMT alert on our UCCX 12.5 LowSwapPartitionAvailableDiskSpace. All trace configuration is set to default. The only way to fix this issue is to restart the server. We are wondering if this a bug and also the vm and physical has enough memory is just the swap partition that gets full. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

As per Tac this is a bug and which is fixed in Su1 Es02 version.

Per TAC, the socket I/O memory leak is still an open issue:

Kindly refer to the bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvx74769?rfs=iqvred and match the symptoms.
Symptoms : System generates HIGH_MEM_USAGE and LowSwapPartitionAvailableDiskSpace alerts. Cisco Unified CCX Engine is the application using most of the memory. Memory leak seen on Engine caused by socket IO exceptions.
The permanent fix for the issue can be obtained by upgrading to 12.5.1 SU1 ES02 version.
