Hi Gurus,
We have Cisco call manager 8.6 and UCCX 8.5. For some reason we have changed the agent last name not the user ID. Now after that, Hitorical report shows both the old name and new names.
Can any body help to solve this issue.

Did u try doing a JTAPI resync?
