We are desiging an outbound IVR campaign with UCCX 8.5. We are not clear on several features:
1. Can we pass accountNumber information from a contact list to the script and execute a database lookup based on accountNumber
2. In the case of answering machine detection can we trigger another application/script that will paly diferent prompt to the answering machine.

Were you able to figure out how to pass the accountNumber or the First name from the import file to the IVR script?
I'm trying to do the same thing.
