HI all,
I have uccx 11.5 and its admin page is not loading. I am able to login to admin page but nothing is loading.
What could cause this? Please help!

Hi,
I am able to login to uccx admin page but nothing is shown in Application and Subsystem menu. it says 0 record found in status. I am able to login to uccx serviceability and it works fine. What could be the reason ? is communication with cucm not good? please share your idea!

Can you provide screen shot? So, none of the drop menus i.e. licensing are working?

OK, all looks OK here, it appears you have not created any triggers or call control group yet. Can you not create those?

Hi Chris,
It was working for more than a year now and it happened all of sudden. In subscriber node everything is there. it is only with the publisher node.

I have seen this before and it was caused by bug ID: CSCvg58622
This causes problems with the Pub database

Make sure you are running 11.5 (1) SU1 ES03
