I'm getting a bit lost in documentation on how to set up MFA.
If I set up CUCM to do MFA via Okta, does this automatically "pass through" for UCCX agents signing in? I've found documentation for UCCX that says only ADFS is supported, and had an entire section on how to set it up.
But the CUCM documentation for SSO lists all the UC apps that support SSO, and UCCX isn't even listed.
Here is my problem:
Customer wants to set up MFA so Jabber users authenticate via Okta. That doesn't appear to be a problem. But if we set this up, how will it affect UCCX? Will UCCX work if Okta MFA is set up on CUCM, or will it simply leave the agents unable to log in?
