Hi,
somebody knows, if it possible with a UCCX app to build an ad-hoc conference call?
Scenario:
somebody is starting the uccx app via a trigger. Maybe via a call. The app get/have a predefined list of numbers to call. The app/uccx call the first member in the list. If the call is connected, a prompt is played and the call is put on hold or switch to a conference with the initiator (trigger starter). Now the app/uccx calls the 2nd from the list. If the call is connected, the prompt playing and the calls should be switching to the conference call. This should be repeat til the end of the list. When all members have been called and connected to the conference, a prompt is played again for those who have been reached.
Short: the system should connect a list of numbers to a conference.
I don't yet have an exact idea of whether and how the end of the conference should be organized.

Not possible with UCCX. Something like that would be rather easy to do with Twilio though.

Hi David said rightly it is is not possible with the default deployment of UCCX/CUCM.
However, above solution requirement can be achieved through a custom 3rd party application developed using CUCM/UCCX APIs.
For such 3rd party custom solutions if interested you can write to info@parsec-tech.com.
