I recently started a new role and they wanted the wav file changed and I made the change on the application in a test environment but when I call the number I don't get the opening wav that I changed, can some look at the screen shot attached and tell me might be causing this not to work and thanks in advance.

You hard coded the parameter, so yeah that would fix it. But the first change could have worked if that variable was the right one.

Did you confirm how that file is being used? You should open the UCCX script and validate the logic.

David to be honest I haven't touched UCCX in about 8 years, so i thought it would be a simple change as just changing the wav file on the application. I looked at the little screen right below the script when I open it up and I noticed the prompts were still referencing some old wav files. I've changed everyone to see if can get it to play and something did change because now it's saying "Thank you for calling please wait while we transfer your call", you can see the changes I've made attached.
