We are looking to integrate the new UCCX 11.6.2 bubble chat into a website and the development team want to know if there is a way to register for an event to be triggered when the customer minimises or closes the chat window so they can do some other actions on closing the chat. Is that possible? Customer is migrating from a Zendesk chat gadget and have that functionality with Zendesk currently.
