UCCX CallBack Script

i need a script for callback feature, if the caller stays in the queue more that 1 min he should have the option for call back

When the call go to system callback the report show this call is abondoned.
Is there anything I can do to show that this call has not been dropped?
Anyone has this problem?

Add dequeue step just after the caller selects the call back option.

I will need an automated callback script so that when agent stays in the queue for more than 1 min call back prompt should be played, after that call should be placed automatically once any agent is available.
