Hello Community,
A UCCX cluster is facing high CPU alerts every hour.
The performance log shows the total amount CPU and, it's really higher when the alert is generated.
However, the same log does not shows an specific process with an unusual CPU usage.
The command "show process load cont" sometimes shows the process "uccxoninit" with a high CPU values, but it's not seems to be happening only during the alerts and I can't see this spikes into the performance log.
I would like to know if there is a way to confirm if the "uccxoninit" is the responsible for this spikes.
Thank you.

You might be impacted by this bug (CSCvn91181).
This doc dates back to 2017 but it might be helpful, if not, at least informative.

Hello Mark,
Indeed, the total number is high.
admin:run uccx sql db_cra select count(*) from systemconfig
(COUNT(*))
----------
1241
Command successful.
admin:run uccx sql db_cra select count(*) from systemconfig where active='f'
(COUNT(*))
----------
1230
Command successful.
admin:run uccx sql db_cra select count(*) from systemconfig where active='t'
(COUNT(*))
----------
11
Command successful.
admin:
I will try a reboot, but is dificult to say if the cause is related with the "uccxoninit", because I can see it in the performance log and this process causes some CPU spikes more often than warnings.
Thank you for replying.
