Hello.
We implement a UCCX 12.0.1.10000-24 for our customer and use the CUIC dashboard in order to view the agents/csq activity in real time.
The issue is that the dashboard screen log-out after 4 hours and the customer must log-in again manually
Does anyone know a way that the dashboard will stay open without time limit ?
10x in advance.

Hi,
The CUIC session timeout limit is between 1800 and 14400 seconds ( 30 minutes and 4 Hrs). At this moment, it is not possible to configure session timeout beyond this range. There is an enhancement request open for this issue. Please see below URL for more details:

We just upgraded from 11.6.x to 12.5.x of UCCX and as a result our Customer Service team is VERY disappointed in this 4 hour limit. They used to be able to display their (stock) Dashboards via communal large screen TV's and the sessions would stay active for the entire call center shift (7a to 5p) w/o any issues. NOW after 4 hours the supervisors are forced to log back into the CUIC to get their dashboards back. PLEASE FIX THIS - Cisco!

Hello, We are equally disappointed that this limitation exists. I've just spent a considerable amount of time working with 6 groups at a UK university only to find out that this limitation exists. Who designs a wallboard with a timeout value of 4 hours ? - come on Cisoc help us out here, thanks

There's a good bit of DIY dashboards that you could setup to overcome this. Yeah it does suck, but it hasn't changed in years.
