UCCX Engine Not Starting

We recently had our UCCX sub fail (still powered Down) and the UCCX pub also had issues.

 

I've restarted the Pub and now the Engine wont start and I've noticed no services under the subsystem.

 

I hit start and the services come online bar the subsystem and shortly after it stops again.

 

Ver 9.

 

Any thoughts?

There are a few potential factors. To start with:

 

1. Make sure your licenses are showing in compliance.

2. Do a show status from the CLI and make sure the disk space is normal.

(a) It could well be what has been suggested so far. 

(b) You could also grab the logs.  They should tell you why the services are shutting down.  You just have to go through them and work it out. 

(c) The Engine logs are the MIVR logs.  There is an article here - not mine - of how to grab them:

(d) Grab the logs from the time frame when you start the service up to the time the system shuts the service down.
