Dear All,
Please help me to solve below problem.
My UCCX historical reports are not showing non IPCC extensions for few agents.
Running on uccx 11.5 version.

Yes.I have only one non IPCC extension.

Nadeem,
I am assuming you are running the Agent Summary Report? Run the Agent Detail report and see if you have calls placed or received on the non-ipcc report for the same date and time frame. If the agent has not received or placed any calls using the non-ipcc extension, the non-ipcc extension field will be blank.
