Hi All,
I have one confusion about UCCX license,Suppose we have UCCX Premium lic for 400 Agents i.e.400IVR port.That means i can have max.400 agents concourently.
Now i want to understand how outbound ports are used out of these 400.
According to Cisco
max we can configure
Agent - 400
Sup-- 42
Agent Email -- 120
Outbound -- 150

If i am not mistaken, IVR Outbound ports are purchased seperatly, they are not included in the premium license, the agent outbound is included in the premium license, so in this case you can set up to 150 agents to get outbound calls campaign.

Thanks for quick reply,My concern is,suppose we want to have 400 calls in Queue and 150 IVR uotbound option then,how may ports i have to configure?
