We are currently running UCCX version which enables us to use both CAD and Finesse. I am trying to setup a POPUP menu for CAD and Finesse agents to choose from( to help identify Type of Call they answered) . How do I setup popup screen for Agents to select from ?
Any ideas?

It sounds like you just need to enable Finesse wrap-up codes in Finesse admin?
Then agents can select from the wrap-up code list either during or after the call (which is a little different than CAD's pop-up after the call ends).
For CAD, you need to have wrap-up codes created in CDA, the agents need to be on a workflow that has wrap-up codes, and you need a post-call wrap-up/work time configured on the CSQ.

What Mark has suggested seems to be correct, however, if you are expecting something else there then provide more details on the same. In case, you want to display CSQ name or some other information from the script then you will first need to capture the same in script using Set Enterprise Call Info and then display it on CAD/Finesse.
