UCCX Refresh Upgrade from 11.6.2 to 12.5.1.12900-115

We upgraded the UCCX server and the VM tools are current but Not Running.  The Guest OS didn't change from Red Hat Linux 6 (64-bit) to Cent OS 4/5 64bit.  Our Hypervisor is VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 16316930.

We are scheduling a downtime to correct the VMtools but didn't see in the Install/Upgrade guide how to update the OS.

OS client has to updated manually in on the VM.
