Hello,
I am trying to integrate UCCX 11.6.2 ES01 with SocialMiner 11.6.2 for email and chat.
The SocialMiner server is in a DMZ as per the recommended design.
I think that I have configured everything as I should but I am seeing SocialMiner Chat Gateway: Not Configured in the SocialMiner page in UCCX admin - see below.
Is there something that causes this? - I can go ready for Chat and Email on the Finesse agent interface but chats do not arrive. I can see them hit the SocialMiner server though.

Hi,
Yes I did get it working. The customer had not configured their firewall properly. Once we made sure the ports were as per the Cisco list it worked ok.
