Is there a way to have an audible announcement when the agent completes a call to remind them to enter the wrap up code? Automatic wrap up is enabled but they want the audible reminder. A screen pop that is more obvious would also work.

You'll have to create a custom gadget to do this. Very doable, we've done it where there was an audible tone for other scenario so it can be done.

@Scott Bailey our Gadgets for Cisco Finesse can do this out of the box. I can walk you through all the options on a short webex. It would only require two VMs, and the most basic self-hosted subscription via CCW (cisco's ecommerce)- please see "2Ring-SB" part number for more.
