Unable to Access 3rd Party Gadget Account via PuTTY

I'm trying to enable my 3rd Party Gadget account and have followed these steps:

Downloaded PuTTY.
Entered the following credentials:
Host Name: fin-pub-a-50.berlin.icm:8445
Port: 22
Connection Type: SSH
After connecting, I see a console that asks for a login ID. I enter it as administrator, and it then prompts me for the account password.

I’ve tried all possible options for the password but keep receiving the error: 'Access Denied.'

Could someone guide me on where I can find the correct password for my 3rd Party Gadget account? I need to log in to change my password and upload the gadget.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Are you able to log into the Finesse administrator GUI page? If so, you're saying if you try that same credential and try and log into Finesse CLI, it doesn't work? What version of Finesse are you using?
You say that you tried to log in as administrator but then you say that you need the correct password for the 3rd party gadget, and to be clear they are two different things.

Just to clarify the whole situation

I’m currently using the DevNet Environments Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.6 lab for my testing. I connect to the lab using AnyConnect VPN and RDP to access the Rogger server. From there, I can successfully access the GUI for Finesse Administrator.

However, I’m facing an issue while trying to test uploading gadgets to the Finesse Agent Desktop. On the same server, I am unable to access the Finesse Agent GUI. As per the documentation, I’m supposed to use PuTTY to log in via CLI, but I can’t find my password for the required login. This prevents me from running the command:
utils reset_3rdpartygadget_password
which is necessary to reset the password.

If this is part of a sandbox/demo/dcloud, they might have it locked down in some way, you may need to open a ticket with them to confirm. But if you can log into the Finesse Admin page, you should be able to access the Finesse CLI using the same administrator login and administrator password that worked for the CLI.

The other thing you can do is reset it via the CLI: utils reset_3rdpartygadget_password
