Unable to create CTI ports on CRS 5.02

Hi

I am trying to create 150 CTI ports via CTI control group, it wont create CTI ports on CCM. However, if I try to add one by one it works. Same thing happens when I try to add trigger for an application. There is no existing CTI ports or RP in CCM.

Any thoughts..

Make sure the directory numbers don't already exist in UCM either. Delete them if they do.

Also, run this from the UCCX server. I've seen this process blow up more than once if it's done from anyplace except a browser session on the UCCX server.

I have also had this problem, you have to make sure the DN number range is clear and that you browser is enabled for popups.

I have a problem in that I manually deleted some CTI ports and now the CTI port creation skips the number range and continues.

Do you know where CRS logs used ports ?
