Unable to download CUIC 8.5.2 Upgrade media

Hi,

We are using CUIC 8.0.4 and we are trying to upgrade it to 8.5.2, but while trying to download after 13% the download process is getting failed. Whereas while trying to doanload 8.5.4 / 8.5.3 i'm unable to download from the site. Do anyone face the same issue

I agree, even we have faced such issues but as I know trying it after sometime or during offpeak hours works well. I am sure you might be already aware that download failure can be due to latent network link or slow response from the already busy server.
