Hi Ernesto,

Login with OS administration credentials and do an SSH session to the CCX server. In simple words Command line interface(CLI) of CCX.

Once logged in use the following commands to reset "Cisco Unified serviceability" credentials.

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

Try using a simple password without special character sometimes it does not work.
Nothing breaks if you reset it, so dont worry.

There are two serviceability sections in UCCX and the logins for each are as follows:

  • Cisco Unified Seviceability - Application Administrator account created during installation.  This is the same account you use with RTMT.
  • Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability - CUCM End User assigned Administrator rights within UCCX Application Administration

Hi Anthony.

I can enter to Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability with application account.

But I can't enter to Cisco Unified Serviceability with application account or administrator account.

It's very rare.

Thanks.
