Unified CCX Software Compatibility Matrix for 12.0(1)

Just wanted to double check, does CCX 12.0 support CUCM 10.5?  Or I do I need to upgrade to CUCM 11v first?  Thanks

CCX 12 does not support CUCM 10.5

It supports CUCM 11.X and 12.X

 

CC11.0 / CCX 11.6 does support 10.X.

So you either need to do a step upgrade (upgrade CCX to 11.6, upgrade to CUCM 11.5, upgrade CCX 12.0, upgrade CUCM to 12.5 etc) or upgrade both CCX and CUCM in the same window.

Hi,

 

Per the compatibility matrix for 12.0, it only lists 11.0 CUCM and not 10.5, so I would assume that 10.5 is not supported for CCX 12.0.
