Upgrade UCCX from 11.6.1 to 12.5(SU3)

Hi,

I want to upgrade UCCX from 11.6.1.10000-51 to 12.5(SU3) and i want to know if i need to install any cop files before the upgrade. On the release notes of 12.5(SU3) its only mention cop files from version from 11.6(2) not 11.6(1).

The ucos.keymanagement.v01.cop.sgn is needed but any other file is required?

The upgrade paths were always tricky, 11.6.2 has some PREUPGRADE requirement COP files but 11.6.1 does not have them and the upgrade guide lists 11.6.X to 12.5 SU3.

You can always open a TAC case to verify the COP files that you need and the correct path.  In the past, I have done 2 upgrades (listed below) for safety as I didn't want it to jump too far.

11.6.1 > 11.6.2

11.6.2 with needed COP files (2) > 12.5 SU2+

I opened a TAC case, the correct path is to go from 11.6.1 to 11.6.2 without installing any cop file and then jump to 12.5SU3 that requires 2 cop files as you mention.
