Voice CSQ Summary Report shows bad data

Hi, I'm experiencing pretty weird data in the CUIC "Voice CSQ Agent Detail Report".  In particular, I have 1 agent reported as in "not-ready" status, but the connected agents are 0! The number of connected agents (i.e., 0) is correct (I've also double checked in the "Voice CSQ Agent Detail Report"). It looks like I continuously see one agent stuck in a "not-ready" status. Maybe a stale datum.

 

How can I fix it up?

Restarting the CCX Engine should clear it up. If it returns though, it’s likely a bug because that’s not normal/expected. At that point you’re in bug scrub, TAC case, and likely a patch scenario.

Solved restarting. Pretty odd.
