We have a new installation of WebEx CC and the manager of the call center wanted to know how long is a call presented to an agent before they are put into RONA and the call is presented to another agent. I wanted to know where could I find this information at in CC and if it needs modifying I could change it if it's not long enough.

You can find the RONA setting here for all channels:

Default er 18 sec for voice..
