While I've worked with call centers/IVRs for over 2 decades, I'm just getting started with the Webex Contact Center environment. I'm a bit puzzled that there is no separate section for this like there is for UCCX, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.
I'm trying to do something simple, and cannot figure out how to do it. In UCCX, you can call a subflow, do some stuff (often repetitive logic used in many places), and then return to the original flow.
In the Webex CC flow designer, I see a way to CALL another flow, but no way to RETURN from that flow to the original flow. Seems like this should be something possible.
Anyone able to offer any hints on how to do this?

I was looking for this on 2025, and found it on the documentation, finally this subflows exist on WebexCC, this was added in around June 2024, where you can map variables to a subflow and return them from the subflow back to the flow that invoked the subflow. Only a few steps/nodes that exist on the subflow can be invoked in the main flow, missing ones as of now are the redirect, a like 5 months ago Queuing was added as it make sense to parametrize the a subflow and use it for Queueing.
