What is the difference in privileges between Primary & secondary supervisors for the agent teams?

I've never seen any functional difference between them.

From a reporting standpoint, the Primary supervisor is the one that will show as the supervisor in the Agent Team reports

Primary is who the team reports to, the primary can appoint secondary supervisors within the team who will be able to also have supervisor desktop functionality.
