Hi,
My version of the UCCX is 9.02 and CUCM 9.1.2
I am creating a script for my organization on uccx where the caller will be checked based on the following:
1. language selection
2. Day of week
3. Time of the day
4. They will be prompted to Enter customer code (6 diget number) which is to be checked from the XML file that I have uploaded on the Repository
5. if the entered info is correct it is to be displayed with the corresponding company name on the CAD.
6. if the agents are busy it should hold them until there is an agent available.
I have attached my script as well upto the point i have completed it.
I have finished the language selection, day of week and time of day for the script now i am unsure how to start for the XML lookup in the script.
Some/Any help or any sample script will be extremely helpful for me.
