More description for risk score & control on Location synchronization

• It would be beneficial to have the option to see or check current status for Diagnostic Scans
• It would be beneficial to have a option to mark them as closed/completed
• It would be beneficial to provide more description for risk score...current resk score won't provide sufficient information
• It would be beneficial, if current Location field  would sync the street address data from DNA Center branch locations
