Currently CX Cloud does not show renewed support contract details until after the existing contract expires. This makes using CX cloud as a single database / source of truth a bit deceiving. As soon as the contract is renewed - I would like to see the renewed expiry date and not the current date that the existing contract is about to expire. Or at a minimum show the existing contract expiry date and the new extended date.

It would be very helpful to have some sort of progress/status bar for Diagnostic Scans. Currently, when you run a scan, you have no idea how long it will take.

Under normal circumstances, allowing the inventory collection to run on a set schedule is fine, it would be nice to be able to do so manually. If, for example, you add numerous devices into DNAC, and would like to see that inventory within CX Cloud, you may not want to wait until your scheduled collection.
(in the meantime, you can just modify your schedule to scan earlier. Having a manual collect would be more convenient.)

For us, it is important and very helpful if you show the information about the Cisco partner that sold the asset (similar to how the SNTC shows it), mainly for the agile resolution of any incident and future reference (to renew support or add hardware, licenses, etc.).

Please provide more details as to why a risk score changed. Knowing just the risk score isn't enough information to make a decision to upgrade to a certain software recommendation.

In the effort to make the Assets accurate, it is better to have the information about when the assets were delivered. With that additional information, the Operations team will get idea whether this is a spare (if purchased long time ago) or a new hardware (if it is recent date). In the medium to large size organization, the Engineering team / Implementation team purchases assets but since it is not online yet, the Operations team will not know. But the assets already show up in the CXC.

The ability to send email notifications for Faults is a great feature, but I only realized today that it must be enabled for each fault individually. The text under the setting implies that you simply need to turn this switch and will receive notifications:
"Automatically sends email when notification enabled faults are detected"
Just enabling the "Email Notifications" on the "Faults" tab under "Insights" does not actually do anything. It appears that you have to click the triple dots to the right of each fault (Enable Email Notifications) and configure it to send a notification to a specific recipient.
Given the above, I think the following would be helpful additions:
1. Add more columns (by selecting the gear) to show:
a. Which faults are setup for email notifications (this should be a default). b. Which Email addresses configured as recipients for those faults.
2. The ability to select multiple faults at one time and then enable email notifications as well as configure the recipients. 3. On the main "Fault Settings" tab, add a tool tip to indicate that you need to enable each fault separately, as well as configure the recipient settings.

When opening a case using CX Cloud, it would be very helpful to have an option to include the results of a Diagnostic Scan (show tech) directly from the portal. You currently have the option to attach files, but if CXC already has the Diagnostic Scan why not have an option to include it with the case.
This would be helpful to reduce the number of steps required to provide a show tech to TAC. It could also have the benefit of saving time on TAC cases where they (TAC) don't have to ask for the show tech since it would already be included on the case. Or it could help the customers save time with the troubleshooting process.

Given soon you will be able to affect changes using CX cloud - it is important that user accounts are forced to validate via e-mail on certain interval to ensure the user is still with the organization. This is due to the fact that CCO account re often active long after staff departs. I would also deactivate any account which has not logged in for X period forcing e-mail validation to re-enable account

Due to European regulatory rules, passwords must expire every 90 days. Would it be possible to make user and password credentials in the seed file an option instead of mandatory ? Using only snmp, Hostname and IOS release get collected, and can be sufficient to open a Tac Case.

Hi,
Currently if you use seed file as a source of data for CX cloud from your network, it is not possible to change it after you uploaded.
Only way it is to do it via TAC case, would be possible to add this or consider this feature in new releases, since sometimes customers are using /10 or even /8 subnets for LAN.
This is also for IP range as you can see below in reply from TAC engineer:
As far as IP range to seed file. A TAC case must be opened. Then an L3 case w/ customer details to change IP range to seed or vice versa. I many case the L3 team and TAC will hve to confirm with the customer directly. There are major changes in the backend that L3 and SaasOps must perform to accomplish that change.

Would it be possible in the Edit Asset Group panel, to add the filter of "Show Only Unselected Assets" as an alternative to the "Show Only Selected Assets" already present ? It could be useful if you have already plenty of devices present in the group and you're searching maybe for few newly added that are in the middle of the list. An alternative, or another option, would be the possibility to sort for the first column "selected/unselected".

Assets and coverage tab, coverage inside contract, clear definition on the counts of product description of the assets
Prefer showing serial to device name and if in a stack show all the serials of each stackwise switch vs the sn of the cable.
The device type or model for stack shows stacking module SN which isnt as helpful as just the model and switch serial mappings. Giving us a filter for sorting assets/inventory/contracts coverage
