Cisco CX Cloud and Cisco Collector

Hello,

I received the notification about the migration from SNTC to Cisco CX Cloud.

I would like to know if Cisco Collector will stay useful to collect device data, and then upload the collection to a new Cisco CX Cloud endpoint.

Do you have such information about the Cisco Collector and Cisco CX cloud ?

You can continue to use the current Cisco collector and add it to your CX Cloud account once you create it.  Refer to the announcement and the documentation links included in it:  https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/services/sntc/migration/sntc-to-cxc-migration-notification.pdf

Thank you, i'll check later how to link CSPC

Hi Pierre,

To add a CSPC as a Data Source please:

  1. Log into cx.cisco.com after creating your account (read the document Chris has shared and go to https://cx.cisco.com/activate ) and click the gear icon to get into the admin center
  2. Click on "Add Data Source"
  3. Select "Add Data Source" in front of the "Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC)" and follow the instructions on screen.

If further assistance is needed regarding the addition of data sources or anything within CXCloud, check this video to open a support directly case from CXCloud  https://video.cisco.com/detail/video/6341054604112?autoStart=true&q=CX%20cloud

Have a nice one!
