I've been told that Cisco Partners could access https://cloudlab.cisco.com/ by using their CCO ID and having a Cisco Sponsor, but I don't know how I can sponsor a partner to let him access Cloudlab. Where can I find the procedure ? thanks in advance

Hello gmotta. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we had some issues with CloudLab access and requests. Cisco partners and customers can gain access to the CloudLab. The link you provided https://cloudlab.cisco.com is the correct one. Once your partner logs into the portal, if they are not registered, a wizard will prompt them to enter a name and email address of a Cisco employee (no red badge employees). Once that is done, the Cisco employee sponsor will receive an email (along with the CloudLab admins) to approve the request. Once that is approved, the partner/customer will receive an email of their access. This process typically take about an hour after the approval. After that, the user can login to that portal and gain access to all of the labs. Hope that helps.

All of cloudlab has been migrated to Cisco dCloud (dcloud.cisco.com). This requires partner access.
