We have a paging system (Cisco CCUM) that sends broadcast messages to speakers using multicast. Sometimes we are unable to hear the audio in some speakers or we only hear a part of the messages. We have a 10Gig network - We do not think that it is latency issue. We can see the (S,G) in all the hops. Can someone help me to fix this issue?

* There is no NAT in the environment.
* We performed a capture at the access layer, we saw fewer packets when the audio was not playing - We did not see any multicast issue (The S,G was there).
* Today, I will do a capture on the core.
* See attached for a network diagram.
NOTE: We are running Cisco DNA with Border and Fusion routers.
