Issues Launching Cisco Catalyst Center

Hello,

I am trying to launch the Cisco Catalyst Center Cisco DNA Center Release 2.3.3.5 with ISE and it does not seem to be working. I have not received an email to launch through VPN either. Am I doing something wrong? I tried yesterday also with the same results.

@pbiggs suggest to try this after the planned work which is taking place tomorrow (26th Aug) this might be one of the fixes taking place - but i am guessing here.

Thank you. I did see there was a planned maintenance and thought it was
possible also but wanted to check.
